According to applicable law,

• Employment of children under 15 years of age will not be employed.
• Young labours (under 15 years of age or younger than 18 years of age) will be employed out of the school hours.
• Young labours will not be employed at night.
• Young labours will not be employed in dangerous and heavy jobs that have a negative impact on safety, health and moral development.
• Young labours will not be operated for more than 8 hours a day.
